Report violations of national or EU laws that may affect the public interest or the integrity of Piksel S.r.l. This section outlines the reporting channels, procedures, and protections provided.

This section is intended to govern the reporting of any violations of national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or integrity of Piksel S.r.l. (the “Company”), by anyone who becomes aware of them in the context of their employment, collaboration, or professional relationship with the Company or, in any case, in the work context as defined below.


Specifically, the document aims to illustrate: the channels, procedures, and requirements for submitting internal or external reports, as well as the operational guidelines that the reporting party must follow when submitting them; the protections afforded to the reporting party, as well as the responsibilities they may incur if reports prove to be false or unfounded; and the measures envisaged to protect the individuals reported and other parties involved in the reporting in various capacities.


This section is drafted in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and concerning the protection of people reporting breaches of Union law and national regulations.
