Demis is an experienced Service Manager focused on the oversight, optimization, and delivery of high-quality IT services. With a strong emphasis on operational excellence and client satisfaction, he ensures that complex service environments run smoothly and efficiently across various industries.

Since joining Piksel seven years ago, Demis has steadily expanded his skills in service management and resource coordination. His work spans multiple sectors, including Telecommunications, Tourism & Hospitality, and Banking. Earlier in his career, as a consultant, he also contributed to projects in the Media and Financial Services sectors.

Demis approaches every objective with dedication and attention to client needs, believing that strong relationships are key to long-term success. He places high value on building collaborative teams and nurturing individual growth. His leadership style promotes a motivating and positive environment where people enjoy working together, always with a smile.

Outside of work, Demis enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially outdoors. He's also an enthusiastic padel player, although, when he loses, he's quick to (humorously) blame it on the racket, his teammate, low-pressure balls, or just the humidity in the air.
