Marzia is a long-standing member of Piksel's HR & Administration Department. With a calm and precise approach, she ensures that payroll runs smoothly, employee records are up to date, and questions around compensation are handled with care and clarity.

With 17 years at Piksel, Marzia has had the opportunity to explore nearly every corner of the company. This broad exposure has given her a strong technical and administrative foundation, making her role not only deeply satisfying, but essential to day-to-day operations.

Marzia is motivated by the pursuit of accuracy, fairness, and transparency in all matters of employee administration. She believes in staying informed, anticipating challenges, and collaborating across teams to continually improve HR processes. She's a steady and trusted presence, working to make the organization more equitable and efficient.

Outside of work (and her family roles), Marzia recharges at the gym and immerses herself in the world of art, from architecture and sculpture to music and dance. She's also a passionate traveler who loves to explore new cultures and local cuisines, seeing every journey as an opportunity to grow and connect.
