Paul Bruson

Paul is a Senior Developer and long-time Project Manager for RCS, where he leads the development of the group's eCommerce platform. His work supports digital subscription sales for Corriere della Sera, Gazzetta dello Sport, and other RCS-Cairo publications. He coordinates cross-functional teams and ensures seamless collaboration between development, marketing, UX/UI, and internal IT.

Paul joined Piksel 18 years ago as an intern in R&D and steadily grew into a leadership role. His experience spans every phase of the software lifecycle, and his deep knowledge of the client and platform makes him a cornerstone of the project's success.

Paul believes in project management rooted in transparency, collaboration, and adaptability. He applies Agile principles not only to deliver results, but to enhance process quality, especially in complex purchase flows and payment systems. He fosters a team culture where people feel valued, accountable, and empowered.

Outside the office, Paul is passionate about do-it-yourself projects. Years ago, he bought an old farmhouse and, with his brother, renovated it from the ground up. Today, he lives there... alongside seven alpacas! When he's not laying bricks, you'll likely find him cycling on road or mountain trails.
